How to determine the battery level and charging status of YS series electric wheelchairs?
Electric wheelchair charging instructions
1. During charging: The adapter indicator light is displayed in yellow. When the power is turned on, the battery level display lights on the controller will light up one by one in a cyclic manner
2. When fully charged: The adapter indicator light turns green, and all 5 battery indicators on the controller light up (one red, two yellow, two green)
3. During the use of the electric wheelchair, the battery level decreases, and the controller indicator light turns off from the green light in sequence. If both green lights turn off, it indicates that the battery level is insufficient. Do not drive long distances. If there is only one red light left, it means that the battery level is almost exhausted. Please be sure to charge it in a timely manner

How long does the battery last?
Our 12-5 electric wheelchair boasts a 22km range on a single charge. Simply plug the charger into a standard outlet, and the battery will be fully charged in 7.5 hours.

What is the warranty policy?
Every wheelchair from Ghost Mobility comes with a 5-year limited warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship, except for batteries which are covered for 6 months. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damages caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents, and requires proper use and maintenance.

Yes, our wheelchairs areTSA-approved. Simply remove the battery and carry it with you. Always confirm with your airline beforehand for a smooth travel experience.

Yes, the wheelchair comes fully assembled. Simply attach the joystick to the right or left arm slot.
Can it still function like a normal wheelchair when powered off?
Yes, the wheelchair can still be used as a manual wheelchair when powered off.
How do I charge the battery?
Simply plug the charging chord into the wheelchair and a power outlet. Charging instructions are included with your order.
