Parts

Direct answer: Start with the symptom and installed component, but order a wheelchair part only after confirming the exact Anywell model and version. The three current listings are labeled for the 16-1 Power Wheelchair: a front fork and suspension spring set, a rear wheel tire and inner tube set, and a footrest set. Similar names or photos do not prove compatibility with a YS16-1 PLUS, YS16-1 MAX, another 16-1 version, or another Anywell chair. Find the model and version label, order details, affected side, and clear photos before choosing. Use the current product page for availability, and ask Anywell support when any identifier or mounting detail is unclear. Do not alter a part to make it fit. Keep equipment with a damaged structural, steering, wheel, or foot-support component out of use until it can be inspected, and follow the product manual and support guidance for installation.

Match the exact model and version

Photograph the model and version label and the installed part. Record the order number, left or right side, connector or mounting details, and the symptom. A shared 16-1 name, a similar image, or a matching-looking bolt pattern does not prove compatibility.

Parts hub versus accessories

Use this Parts hub for the listed replacement components and model confirmation. Use Electric Wheelchair Accessories for broader add-ons and accessories. Neither collection name replaces the compatibility statement on the current product page or a direct support check.

Get compatibility support

Use Service and Parts for the current support process. Send the label photo, installed-part photos, order details, symptom, and affected side through Contact. Review the Warranty before arranging a repair or replacement.

Evidence note: reviewed August 23, 2026 against the current Anywell Store Pack and public product and support pages. The current part page and direct support confirmation take priority when names or versions differ.
